Bus-bar Tube heating process:

Stick cold problem: Because the heat transfer performance of copper bar metal materials is very good, the phenomenon of sticking cold will occur in the whole process of closing. That is, when the Bus-bar Tube is heated and closed, the Bus-bar Tube will be rapidly closed due to the heating part in the whole process of closing, causing the bus-bar Tube to be close to the copper row. The heat transfer performance of the copper bar will immediately reduce the temperature of the Bus-bar Tube close to the copper bar, and the phenomenon of the Bus-bar Tube close to the copper bar is called sticking cold.

Solution: Before heating, the copper bar is pre-heated, so that the temperature of the copper bar is higher than the natural environment temperature, and then the copper bar is closed, which can reduce or prevent the phenomenon of sticking cold.

Bus-bar Tube heating: A: After preheating the copper bar, heat evenly from one end to the other. B: After preheating the copper bar, heat it from the middle of the copper bar to both sides.

The application of drying box to carry out heating, the benefits of drying box heating are more uniform, reduce the phenomenon of Bus-bar Tube being baked and pasted cold caused by uneven heating and moving. The temperature of each part of the drying box has been basically the same. The copper bars were heated to above their natural ambient temperature and then covered with Bus-bar tubes.

The reduced Bus-bar Tube surface shall meet the following standards:

1.Surface leveling, no cracking, no cold phenomenon.

2.Uniform collection, surface without baking paste imprint, sheet metal bending does not appear wrinkles.

3.After heat shrink Bus-bar Tube, the heat shrink Tube should not appear fading, bubble and other phenomena.
