Application of Constant Force Springs

Constant Force Spring are designed according to the principle of moment balance. The load moment and spring moment are always in balance under the allowable load displacement. For pipes and equipment supported by a constant crane, it can provide a constant support force in the event of displacement, so as not to bring additional stress to the piping equipment. The constant crane is generally used in places where the displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as the boiler body of the power plant, the steam, water, smoke, air duct and burner suspension parts of the power plant, as well as the places where such support is needed in the petroleum and chemical industries.
