After the heat shrink, the surface of the heat shrink tube of the bus-bar should be clean and smooth, and the shrinkage should be uniform. The surface of the heat shrink tube of the bus-bar should be free from scorching, fading, bubbles, cracking, wrinkling, and scratching. At this time, if it is closed on the copper-aluminum bus-bar with sharp burrs on the surface, the heat shrink tube will be scratched, which will cause the heat shrink tube to crack immediately or crack after running for a period of time. 


Therefore, before contraction, it is necessary to check whether the copper and aluminum busbar has burrs and treat it accordingly to smooth the surface of the copper and aluminum busbar.
