Heat Shrinkable Insulation Tape series products are designed for the corrosion protection of buried and overhead steel pipe welding joints and thermal insulation pipes. It is composed of radiation crosslinked polyolefin substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive. The special sealing hot melt adhesive can form good bonding with polyolefin substrate, steel pipe surface and solid epoxy coating.
In addition to the main body of the Heat Shrinkable Insulation Tape, it is also equipped with rubber strips and fixed pieces, and the heat shrinkable belt is convenient for large-scale production and construction.
When the Heat Shrinkable Insulation Tape is installed, the base material shrinks in the radial direction at the same time, the internal composite adhesive layer melts and is tightly covered in the patch. Together with the base material, a firm anticorrosive body is formed outside the pipeline, which has excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and good ultraviolet and light aging resistance.
The Heat Shrinkable Insulation Tape is made of cross-linked polyolefin material and environment-friendly hot-melt adhesive. It is wrapped around the damaged copper bar or cable and shrinks when heated. The heat-shrinkable melting of the inner wall will tightly stick the cladding strip and copper bar (cable) and play a waterproof role, and the product has the functions of soft, environment-friendly, insulating, waterproof and anti-corrosion.
Heat Shrinkable Insulation Tape is used for local insulation and protection of slender charged body without free end. It can also be used for the waterproof sealing treatment of the sheath port of the middle connector of the heat shrink cable, and the insulation treatment for the insufficient distance between the live body and the ground or the insufficient distance between phases. During construction, wrap the provided Heat Shrinkable Insulation Tape by 1/2 lap. The ports can be fixed with adhesive tape. Bake evenly from one end to the other with a heat gun until the inner melt oozes evenly after shrinkage.
