Method of using rubber self-adhesive tape

In our life, we can use different waterproof materials everywhere, such as the insulation tape we use is also a kind of self-adhesive tape, using the appropriate formula and precision processing technology, it is more convenient to use. This product can be used in daily life, but also can be used in the industrial industry, a wide range of uses.

Method of application

1. Before use, clean the interfaces that need to be repaired or sealed as far as possible to avoid excessive impurities. If not cleaned, more or less there will be minor effects on adhesive tape.

2. The product is easy to be scratched on the bright surface, so adhesive tape needs to be wrapped with the next layer of film in the production process to protect the self-adhesive tape, so the product is used to tear the upper and lower layers of film first.

3. Adhesive tape is similar to the repair of other glue products, it can be gently stretched and wound layer by layer from the interface to be repaired until it is sealed and covered.

4. Adhesive tape cannot be put into use directly after winding. It needs to wait for a period of time after the product since the fusion, the product ends with product bonding.

Matters need attention

1. Because the Adhesive tape can be fused with its own material, but not with other materials, the starting and ending ends of the two-port silicone self-adhesive tape are wrapped.

2. After 24 hours of product integration, there is no port and a protective layer of sealing insulation will be formed (integration). After winding can not tear, need to cut off the self-adhesive tape with a knife.

3. When used in harsh environment, it is recommended to pack several layers, such as corrosive environment, resistance to high temperature above 150°, humidity, water and other environments.
