The heat shrinkable tube is a kind of special polyolefin material heat shrink sleeve. The outer layer is made of high quality soft crosslinked polyolefin material and the inner layer of hot melt adhesive. The outer layer has the characteristics of insulation, corrosion prevention and wear resistance, and the inner layer has the advantages of low melting point, waterproof seal and high adhesion.

The heat shrink tube has the functions of high temperature shrinkage, soft flame retardant, insulation and corrosion prevention. Widely used in a variety of wire harness, solder joint, inductance insulation protection, metal pipe, rod rust prevention, corrosion prevention. Voltage level 600V. The material used in the heat shrink tube is glassy at room temperature and becomes highly elastic after heating.

The outer layer of the heat shrink tube is made of high quality polyolefin alloy and the inner layer is made of hot melt adhesive. After forming, the product is crosslinked and expanded continuously by electron accelerator irradiation. The outer layer has the advantages of softness, low temperature shrinkage, insulation, anticorrosion, wear resistance, etc., while the inner layer has the advantages of low melting point, good adhesion, waterproof sealing and mechanical strain buffering. Widely used in electronic equipment wiring waterproof, leakproof, multi-strands of wire harnesses sealed waterproof (such as home appliances wiring harnesses, automotive wiring harnesses, etc.), wire and cable branch sealing waterproof, metal pipeline anticorrosion protection, wire and cable repair, water pump and submersible pump wiring waterproof and other occasions.

Heat shrinkable tube has excellent flame retardant, insulation performance, very soft and elastic, low shrinkage temperature, fast shrinkage, can be widely used in wire connection, wire end treatment, welding spot protection, wire harness identification, resistance capacitance insulation protection, metal rod or pipe corrosion protection, antenna protection, etc. Under the action of high energy rays, the linear polymer material forms a three dimensional network crosslinked structure. After crosslinking polymer materials in mechanical strength, temperature resistance, chemical solvent resistance, aging resistance and so on have been greatly improved, especially acid and alkaline resistance can be greatly improved.
