Mixing Granulation
Weigh all kinds of raw materials according to the formula, and mix them evenly with a high-speed blender. The amount of mixing is 110kg at a time, and the mixing time is 8-12min. Mixing and granulating are accomplished by granulating machine, cooling water tank, blow drying machine and granulating machine. The mixing and granulation process parameters are as follows: the main engine speed is 1000-1400r/min, the feeder speed is 50-80r/min, the body temperature is 110-160℃, the head temperature is 190-240℃.
Extrusion Molding
The production process of
Heat Shrinkable Tube Extrusion molding is completed by extruder, cooling water tank, tractor, tension machine and winding machine. The process parameters are: extrusion speed 20-50r/min, traction speed 30-50Hz, extruder temperature 90-130℃.
Radiation Crosslinking
The production process of
Heat Shrinkable Tube Radiation Crosslinking is accomplished by electron accelerator and beam conveyer. The function of the electron accelerator is to generate rays to irradiate the plastic pipe and make it produce crosslinking. The function of the beam transmission device is to continuously send the plastic pipe into and out of the electron accelerator. After the number of entanglement is determined, the desired radiation dose can be obtained by controlling the speed of the electron accelerator beam and the transmission device.
Expansion molding
After radiation crosslinked plastic pipe is heated to a high elastic state, and then the expansion machine is used to expand the heat shrinkable tube. Expansion shaping process parameters are: temperature 120-150℃, input speed 8-10Hz, pull out speed 8-10Hz, vacuum degree -0.06mpa.
