Type tests of Composite Cable Termination
The cable accessories shall be installed on the cable according to the specified process, and the type test shall be carried out as follows. The test method shall be carried out according to the provisions of IEC60840.
1.Partial discharge test at room temperature, 96kV, less than 5pC.
2.Constant voltage load cycle test, conductor temperature 95~100℃, 8h heating /16h cooling, power frequency voltage 128kV, 20 cycles.
3.Lightning impulse voltage test and subsequent power frequency voltage test, cable conductor temperature 95 ~ 100℃, lightning impulse 550kV±10 times, power frequency voltage 160kV, 30min no breakdown, no flashover.
4.4h power frequency voltage test, 192kV, 4h non-breakdown.
5.Pressure leakage test, the terminal under 0.2mpa pressure, no leakage 1h.
