1.Product Introduction 

The Shielding Earth Braid is a permanent good electrical connection between the shielding body and the ground or the metal housing of the interference source in order to prevent electromagnetic interference. The Shielding Earth Braid is used to isolate electromagnetic field noise sources from sensitive devices and cut off the propagation path of the noise sources.  Shielding Earth Braid is divided into active shielding and passive shielding. Active shielding is to prevent noise sources from radiating outward. Passive shielding is designed to prevent sensitive equipment from being interfered by noise sources.   

The Shielding Earth Braid is mainly made of copper, aluminum and other non-magnetic materials, and the thickness is very thin, is far less than the skin depth of metal materials, using frequency not shield effect is mainly due to the metal body itself of the electric field, magnetic field of reflection, absorption and produce, but due to shield grounding, grounding form different will directly affect the shielding effect. The grounding method for electric and magnetic shielding layer is different. It can be ungrounded, single-grounded, or double-grounded. 3.Product Feature And Application 

1. The single grounding of the Shielding Earth Braid is helpful to avoid the interference of low frequency electric field. Or it can avoid frequency interference whose wavelength λ is much larger than the cable length L. 
2. Single grounding of the Shielding Earth Braid can avoid low frequency current noise on the shield. This current internally causes common mode interference voltage and may interfere with analog devices.

3. Generally, the transmission impedance of the metal foil shielding layer is much greater than that of the copper braided wire shielding layer, and its effect is 5-10 times different, so it cannot be used as a digital signal cable.  

4. Shielding multipoint grounding is advantageous except at cable endpoints.
